Central air conditioning cleaning precautions
Before cleaning, it is necessary to sample and analyze the water quality, investigate and understand the operation and use of the equipment, determine the main components of the dirt, and formulate a cleaning plan according to the water quality analysis, system materials, and equipment system operation and scaling conditions. Its specific operation steps are divided into:
Clean water flushing: Start the system circulating water pump, and use a large flow of clean water to flush out loose dirt such as dust, sediment, shed algae and corrosion products in the system as much as possible, so as to save the amount of cleaning chemicals and reduce cleaning costs. Prepare for one-step chemical cleaning.
Sterilization and stripping: after the sewage is discharged, add clean water, and add a sterilization stripper to the cooling tower and expansion tank in the circulating water system at one time to kill the bacteria, algae and microorganisms in the system, and make the biological adhesion on the inner surface of equipment and pipes. The mud is peeled off; the water pump is circulated for 12 to 24 hours, sterilization and algae removal are carried out to peel off the dirt, and finally the sewage is discharged from the lowest point.
Cleaning and descaling: After the system is filled with clean water, add cleaning agent and cleaning corrosion inhibitor with the functions of dissolving, penetrating and dispersing, start the water pump to clean the rust, scale and oil in the pipeline system, disperse in the water, and disperse with water. Drain to restore clean metal surfaces. The cleaning cycle is performed twice for 12 hours each time, and it is required to add clean water to replace the sewage until the turbidity is less than 20ppm, which is regarded as the end of the cleaning.
Passivation or pre-filming: After the equipment pipeline is cleaned, its metal surface is in a very active state, and it is easy to be rusted by secondary oxidation.
A: If the equipment is sealed after cleaning, the equipment shall be subjected to pre-film passivation treatment;
B: If the equipment is put into use immediately after cleaning, pre-film corrosion inhibition treatment is required to better protect the clean metal surface from oxidation and rust.
