01 Power on to preheat before starting
If you do not use the central air conditioner for a long time in spring, you need to turn off the power of the indoor and outdoor units. If you are ready to use central air conditioning again, it is recommended to power the indoor and outdoor units one day in advance, so that the compressor can be preheated to prevent the lubricating oil of the compressor from being fully preheated and in the "operation limit", which affects the use of the unit.
After the fault detection is correct, it can be powered on for running test. After the air conditioner is powered on after being plugged in again, the display screen will light up, the air guide plate will be reset, and a slight rotation sound will be emitted. The refrigeration mode will be started for a few minutes to observe whether the operation is normal and stable.
02 Check the cooling system
Refrigeration system is the core of air conditioning, generally composed of compressor, condenser, evaporator, throttling device and other subsystems, any detail problems will affect the refrigeration effect of air conditioning. Therefore, check the normal operation of the refrigeration system before starting is the most important thing to ensure the working effect of air conditioning.
How to check the cooling system: To check the cooling system of the central air conditioner, turn on all indoor units in cooling mode, set the temperature to 18 ° C, and turn on the indoor units for 0.5 hours continuously. Ensure that the air conditioner runs at full load during this period. During this period, use a thermometer to monitor the air outlet temperature. If the temperature of the indoor unit air outlet is found to be higher than 15 ° C, extend the inspection time and continue to monitor whether the temperature is lower than 15 ° C. If the temperature continues to be high, it may be due to the failure of a subsystem, causing the abnormal central air conditioning refrigeration system.
03 Clean the filter screen in advance for elimination
Before turning on the air conditioner, it is best to carry out deep cleaning of the air conditioner which has been idle for a quarter. Because the use of central air conditioning after a long time, the screen is easy to accumulate ash, not only lead to a decrease in air output, increase power consumption; A long time will also wear the internal parts, aggravate the aging of air conditioning, shorten the service life; The wind blowing out is not sanitary, affecting the health of the family.
Before the central air conditioning is used in summer, a standard cleaning or deep cleaning is carried out.
