Oil pressure difference
It is the lubricating oil driven by the oil pump, in the oil system pipeline to the working parts of the need to overcome the flow resistance protection. Without enough oil pressure difference, it is not possible to ensure that the lubrication system of the chiller has enough lubrication and cooling oil and the power required to drive the energy regulation device, therefore, the oil pressure difference of the cold water oil system must be guaranteed in a reasonable range, so that the moving parts of the unit can be fully lubricated and cooled, and the energy regulation can be flexibly manipulated.
Oil temperature refers to the temperature of the lubricating oil when the chiller works. The oil temperature has an important effect on the viscosity of lubricating oil. If the oil temperature is too low, the viscosity of the oil increases, the fluidity decreases, and it is not easy to form a uniform oil film, so the expected lubrication effect cannot be achieved, and it will also cause the flow speed of the oil to decrease, the lubrication amount to decrease, and the power consumption of the oil pump to increase; If the oil temperature is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, and the oil film will not reach a certain thickness, which makes it difficult for the operating parts to withstand the necessary working pressure, resulting in the deterioration of the lubrication condition, and the wear of the moving parts will increase, resulting in the failure of the chiller.
