What are the components of the chiller?

How does the chiller work?
The unit uses the principle of heat exchange, through the heat exchanger to reduce the temperature of frozen water to the required temperature (ordinary ≥5℃, low temperature ≥-20℃), water through the frozen water pump into the evaporation tank for heat exchange, produce frozen water, pump into the evaporator tank for circulation. When the chilled water is insufficient, the chilled water flow can not push the water flow switch blade, the refrigerator stops running, then the automatic water refill device begins to work for water supply, you can judge the water level of the tank by the liquid level display, and start the chiller again.
Refrigerant circulation system
The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and begins to evaporate, eventually forming a certain temperature difference between the refrigerant and the water, the liquid refrigerant is also completely evaporated into a gas, and then is inhaled and compressed by the compressor (pressure and temperature increase), and the gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air cooled/water cooled) and condenses into a liquid. After being throttled through the expansion valve (or capillary), low temperature and low pressure refrigerant enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant circulation process.
