Water-cooled (air-cooled) chillers
The water-cooled chiller belongs to the refrigeration unit of the central air-conditioning system. Its coolant is water, which is called the chiller. The cooling of the condenser is realized by the use of normal-temperature water for heat exchange and cooling. It is called a water-cooled unit. In contrast to the water-cooled unit, called the air-cooled unit, the condenser of the air-cooled unit is cooled by forced air exchange with the air at the room.
Piston type chiller
A piston chiller is an integrated chiller designed exclusively for the purpose of cooling an air-conditioning chiller by integrating a piston-type refrigerating compressor, ancillary equipment, and accessories required for realizing a refrigeration cycle. The piston cooling chiller single machine refrigeration from 60 to 900KW, suitable for medium and large projects.
Screw chiller
Screw chillers are large and medium sized refrigeration units that provide chilled water. It is commonly used for air conditioning in defense scientific research, energy development, transportation, hotels, restaurants, light industry, textiles, etc., as well as chilled water used in water power projects. The screw chiller is a complete refrigeration system composed of a screw refrigeration compressor unit, a condenser, an evaporator, and a self-controlled non-parts and instruments. It has a compact structure, small size, light weight, small footprint, easy operation and maintenance, smooth operation to be advantages, and thus obtained a wide range of applications. Its single machine cooling capacity from 150 to 2200KW, suitable for medium and large projects.
Centrifugal chiller
The chiller is composed of a centrifugal refrigerating compressor, an associated evaporator, a condenser, a throttling control device, and an electric meter. Single machine cooling capacity from 700 to 4200KW. It is suitable for large and extra large projects.
Lithium bromide absorption chiller
With heat as power, water as refrigerant and lithium bromide solution as absorbent, the refrigerant water above 0°C can be used as cold source for air conditioning or production process. Lithium bromide absorption type is powered by heat energy. Commonly, there are three types of direct combustion type, steam type, and hot water type. The cold capacity ranges from 230 to 5800 KW, which is suitable for medium-sized, large-scale, and extra-large projects.
